Christine was pleasant and a very good driver. She was ten minutes early for pick up and didn't rush me to get outside. That's the best of both worlds! Super company, great drivers!! We had the luxury of riding with the owner both to and from the downtown area. He knew the shortcuts so we didn't have to sit in traffic and gave great recommendations for food and things to do. Quick pickup time. My only complaint would be that the prices are absurd. A $25 ride from Gatlinburg to Pidgeon Forge and another $20 ride to our hotel from a bar 5 miles away. Great service though! There do not seem to be many transportation options in the Pigeon Forge area unless have have your own car and I was thrilled to find this taxi service! I would recommend this to anyone at anytime because they are open 24 hours a day. Another great benefit, even if u do have your car, is that you don't have to worry about finding parking...they drop off and pick up right at the door of your destination. Was this review …? My driver, Julie, knew the quickest ways to get places to avoid the traffic on the parkway. She was also able to suggest places for us to go and places for us to eat. The cab was very clean and the music was super fun and very funky. When we called, her dispatcher told us that she would be at our cabin in 30 minutes. She made it to us in 20! My wife and I were in Knoxville for business and we used this service anytime we needed transportation around the city! The cabs were clean, prompt, and the drivers were always friendly. Definitely recommend!
